Stephanie Kranz

Stephanie brings more than 18 years of experience delivering large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects across Canada and the United States, including 14 years focused on complex aviation terminal developments. She has extensive experience working with public-sector stakeholders, private-sector partners, airlines, and regulatory agencies to plan and deliver capital projects within highly complex operating and security environments.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has played key leadership roles in the development and delivery of major airport infrastructure programs, including the redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport Terminal B and the delivery of new terminal facilities at John F. Kennedy International Airport. Her expertise spans terminal planning and fit-out, specialty airport systems, commercial development, stakeholder coordination, and project execution, helping to advance transformative aviation projects from design through construction and operational readiness.
