As Chief Legal Officer, Kenneth Schuhmacher is responsible for managing legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters for Vantage Group’s significant developments in the New York market, LaGuardia Gateway Partners’ management of LaGuardia Terminal B, and JFK Millennium Partners’ redevelopment of JFK International Terminal 6.
Kenneth has extensive experience in global transactional work through previous positions as partner at two leading international law firms, and as Commercial Director and General Counsel of Skanska Infrastructure Development North America. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, and a Master of Laws from Queens College of Cambridge University, England.
