Today, TradePort International Corporation, a subsidiary of Vantage Group, announced the appointment of Peter Tong as Chief Executive Officer and Ed Ratuski as Executive Managing Director. These strategic leadership changes aim to drive John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport’s expansion and innovation.

Peter Tong, with extensive experience at Vantage Group and TradePort’s Board, will lead Hamilton International’s strategic initiatives. His notable contributions include securing a 49-year lease agreement with the City of Hamilton and advancing terminal enhancements.

Ed Ratuski, with a successful track record in global airport redevelopments, will manage the Airport’s day-to-day operations. His experience spans roles at Hermes Airports, LaGuardia Terminal B, JFK Terminal 7, and Kamloops Airport.

Outgoing Executive Managing Director Cole Horncastle transitions to Vantage Group as Director, Global Advisory Services, after over a decade of impactful leadership at Hamilton International.

Hamilton International is undergoing a multi-million-dollar terminal enhancement project, preparing for new direct air services with Porter Airlines to major Canadian cities starting this June. Enhancements include updated terminal interiors, expanded canopies, and future passenger jet bridges.
