Recent additions include The Atrium Business & Conference Center and the Chase Sapphire Lounge. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and LaGuardia Gateway Partners are committed to maintaining and elevating these high standards.

The Skytrax World Airport Star Rating, introduced in 1999, is a global benchmark for quality evaluation in the aviation industry. Airports are rated between 1-Star and 5-Star based on a detailed audit of facilities and staff service. Terminal B’s enhancements, such as improved signage with walking distances and soothing sounds in key spaces, reflect its ongoing commitment to delivering a world-class travel experience.
