As Vantage Group’s General Manager at Amtrak’s historic William H. Gray III 30th Street Station in Philadelphia, Catherine Piotrowski is responsible for leading the station’s commercial operations and overseeing the implementation of a transformative new food & beverage and retail program in the station.

Catherine joined Vantage in 2025, offering more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, operations, and financial management with one of Philadelphia’s premier restaurant groups. Her strategic leadership and commitment to excellence supports strong collaboration with partners, operators, and stakeholders throughout the redevelopment process.

Catherine’s expertise in operational execution, guest experience, and team leadership play a key role in delivering a dynamic, customer-focused commercial environment at one of the nation’s most iconic transportation hubs.
