Stacy Smith is Vantage Group’s Managing Director at North Peace Regional Airport. A long-time resident of British Columbia’s North Peace region, Stacy has managed all aspects of airport operations since 2023.
Previously, Stacy was the Manager of Operations and Emergency Services and offers a strong knowledge of the airport and its important role as a regional connector in northeast British Columbia.
North Peace Regional AirportBefore transitioning into management roles at the airport, Stacy honed his operations, maintenance, and emergency management skills as an Airport Technician and Supervisor of airport maintenance, and mechanical and aircraft emergency and fire rescue since 2016. Stacy was also an instructor, program Chair, and Associate Dean of the Trades and Apprenticeship Department at Fort St. John’s Northern Lights College. Stacy holds three Red Seal certifications as a Heavy Duty Mechanic, Truck and Transport Mechanic, and Automotive Service Technician and is also an Emergency Vehicle Master Technician. Stacy has also served as a member of the Northern Opportunities Committee and Fort St. John Energy Conference Committee.
