As Senior Director of Global Operational Excellence, Nyika Allen leads the development of operational and guest service excellence across the global Vantage network.
Nyika joined Vantage from the Port of Oakland, where she was Assistant Director of Aviation overseeing strategic planning and revenue generation at Oakland International Airport. As Director of Aviation for the City of Albuquerque, she also led complex terminal renovation and sustainability projects for the Albuquerque International Sunport and Double Eagle II Airports, earning top ratings and awards for airport service quality and art programs.
