John Porcari is Managing Director, Public Policy and Partnerships of Investcorp Corsair and Board Director of Vantage Group.
John is the former President of U.S. Advisory Services for WSP, a global professional services, planning, engineering, and construction services firm. He also served as Interim Executive Director of the Gateway Program Development Corporation, the entity charged with designing, financing, and constructing the Gateway program of projects in the New York / New Jersey metropolitan area.
In 2021, John was named White House Port & Supply Chain Envoy. He previously served as Deputy Secretary of the United States Department of Transportation and twice served as Secretary of the Maryland Department of Transportation.
