As Vice President, Global Operational Services, Frank Scremin is responsible for the overall management of Vantage Group’s service agreements across its network of airports to ensure best practice service delivery, contractual compliance, and performance management. He also leads Vantage’s operational Advisory Services in the airport and aviation industries.
Frank has more than 25 years of senior leadership and management experience across all aspects of airport operations. Most recently, Frank was CEO of LaGuardia Gateway Partners, where under his leadership the new LaGuardia Terminal B was named World’s Best New Airport Terminal by Skytrax in 2023. First joining the Terminal B team in 2013, Frank was instrumental in developing the winning bid and served as Director, Operational Readiness and Transition and then as LGP’s Chief Operating Officer before becoming CEO.
Previously, Frank was President and CEO of Vantage’s John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport and also spent more than 10 years in operational and business development leadership roles in the natural gas sector.
