Ed Ratuski is a Vantage leader and Executive Managing Director of John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport (YHM). Throughout his 30-year career, Ed has led both complex airport development projects and operational readiness and transition initiatives at airports throughout the Vantage network, including Larnaka and Pafos airports in Cyprus, LaGuardia Terminal B, and JFK Terminal 7. Between 2019 and 2025, Ed served as Managing Director of Kamloops Airport, another Vantage network airport.

In addition to leading the management and operations of YHM, Ed provides operational support across the Vantage network, including at JFK Millennium Partners, Lynden Pindling International Airport in The Bahamas, and Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica. He also serves as Managing Director for the Cyprus Airports Operating Group, which delivers executive leadership and operational best practices to Hermes Airports in Cyprus.
