Cole Horncastle is a Vantage Group leader and the Executive Managing Director of John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport in Hamilton, Ontario.
A Chartered Professional Accountant, Cole first joined the team in 2013 as Manager, Financial Reporting and was appointed to Director, Finance in 2018 before assuming his current role, in which he oversees the airport’s day-to-day operations, budget and business planning, and stakeholder relationships.
Cole’s airport management experience includes operations, finance, commercial and business development, corporate administration, and capital planning.
