Fortunate adults put as much energy into their work as children
put into their play. That's no secret around here. We love
what we do, and get better at it every day. Though we are
actively seeking people to fill the following positions,
we
are always interested in talking to bright, motivated, quick-learning
people who want to do more than just show up to work every
day. If our current growth is any indicator, we will be looking
for a number of talented people to join our Team over the
next year. Please feel free to introduce yourself. Send your
resume electronically or
via snail-mail to us at the address to the left.

Though we are now over six years old as a firm, culturally
we are much like a startup; autonomy, initiative, and self-direction
are encouraged, and input on firm-wide issues are welcome.
We adamantly believe in a "team" approach to work
and problem solving, and strive to maintain a non-pretentious,
open environment that fosters learning, sharing, and fun.
If you are the type of person who "has all the answers,"
or is always "right," you need not apply. However,
if you're the kind of person who isn't willing to be permanently
"stumped" by a programming problem, you're probably
the kind of person we're looking for. If you like new challenges,
you'll love this job.
A good portion of our team operates "virtually"
over the Internet throughout the day; telecommunicating/hours/working
from home are flexible issues for us. (We understand late-night
programming inspiration!). This could be an ideal position
for someone needing to work non-typical hours, or someone
looking for steady daytime work. People skills are definitely
required. You will be dealing with clients directly in many
cases.
